Does the designer/fashion house have to provide the fabric and pattern?

It'll be better if the pattern is given to us. But if that is not possible, the original fabric would be the best reference. If the pattern or fabric cannot be given to us, then we need clear reference images for the design along with the exact measurements to make the pattern and and a small fabric sample to source the fabric.

Is there any minimum quantity per design or minimum invoice value?

No. We make custom or made-to-measure outfits ranging between just one outfit to multiple pieces per design!

Does every garment need to have any embellishment on it?

No. We also make or stitch non-beaded garments at our stitching / sewing factories.

Do you have some embroidered designs you can show us?

Yes. We have thousands of swatches (10 inch x 10 inch) of different embroidery techniques and material to show you on site, once you come on board with us. A lot of these designs aren’t present on our website as they are protected by non-disclosure agreements that we sign for our clients, which prohibit us from sharing, copying or replicating the designs.

How will we know the cost of a design?

Like you may have read in our Process section, we always make a small swatch of your embroidery design and give you the complete garment cost per piece.

Is there any time to contact you?

We respond to emails and queries around the clock and are always available on phone during a fashion emergency!

Do designers have to pay for the swatches?

Not for Swatches, no! However, we do accept fees for the making of entire samples and production orders in consideration for our artisans and their tireless efforts!

How do we know the status of our production order?

Starting with the pattern (if made by us), to the artwork or sketch of the embroidery on the garment, to the work-in-progress beading, to when the beading is complete, we send updates along with images to your registered phone number and email. After, the complete stitched garment, we happily send it by air freight!

What about courier shipment charges?

As explained in our Payment section, the Total Order Invoice sent to you before the shipment is sent out, is where we collect the balance payment of the package. The balance payment is combined with the shipment charges (the weight of the shipment also taken into account). We send the shipment tracking number to you with the final invoice!
