Based on the swatch, we will give you the price per piece and completion timeline of the entire order based on the quantity. Soon after we work the approval, the beading quality and other details the design containing the embroidery artwork is sent over to our manufacturing unit.
Once the production order is confirmed, we would need paper patterns with embroidery artwork/swatches and measurements for the exact placement of embroidery. However, we can also make the paper patterns.
Finally, our stitching unit works on the size of the pattern provided by you and create a dummy outfit if you would like. After receiving a thumbs-up from you, we proceed to make the actual garment. Grading up or down in size is much easier once the patterns are made.
Remember, we have made our embroidery manufacturing process in factory capable to scale up to any number of garments depending on the quantity.
After making the sample swatch, we will also inform you about the time of the production would take to be completed and sent to you.
